I come here only for the Veggie Artisan Sandwich (which are usually sold out by 10am) and sometimes tea. I rarely drink the coffee because it's too acidic for me. However, the customer service is very good and you usually don't have to wait in line too long. Warning: Be careful when going to making your order. The person who was contracted to create this drive thru did a lousy job and I know at least three people that messed up their front bumper by trying to get close to the order box. By all the scrap marks on the yellow paint you can tell many have ruined their bumpers getting coffee (very sad and for those who have messed up their cars and I'm sure very aggravating). They should put a flat tumblers mat where the scratches are so when people get close they can at least have a chance to not scratch up their bumpers. Note: You don't need to get that close to the order speaker--they can hear you fine a foot or so away from the box.

I love going to this Starbucks because it's literally down the street from my house. I try going when there are not a lot of cars since it's drive thru. Also, there's a a window where you order if you walk or get out of your car. Only employees are inside. They're extremely nice and they were pretty quick as well but again that depends on the time you go. I really wouldn't suggest to stay out there for just the free wifi during the summer because it gets really hot unless you can handle the heat. I was there for less than 5 minutes and I was burning up. Either way I do recommend on going to this Starbucks when you have a craving for it.

I live right around the corner from the Saticoy location. For the last 8 years I have made several runs through their drive-thru (weekly) and have also held several meetings in their outdoor patio area. I've never been served the wrong drink (and I'm vegan, so I ask for specifics on every order), and I am treated exceptionally well every time I'm there. The staff tends to stay on long term (though I've been frequenting this location long enough to see several staff changes over time) and they quickly get to know me and treat me like a "regular". The line can sometimes circle out into the parking lot (hot summer days during rush hour) and rather than not caring, they always jump to speed up service and get us all in and out quickly, without the quality suffering. Always a smile at the window, always quick to find out information about nutrition values or ingredients, if you ask, and without coping an attitude. Simple a pleasant experience ever time I visit. The employees all appear to be very happy and to enjoy working with each other.

This location is my usual Starbucks as its on my way to work and has a drive through. Although the staff are very friendly, they are also one of the slowest Starbucks I have been to. The line of cars wraps around the parking lot sometimes cutting off driveways. There is also an ordering window but it's usually equally as crowded.

I have been to various Starbucks locations, and this by far is my favorite. I am the type that likes my drinks made a specific way, ex. extra caramel in my caramel frappaccino, and they always make it as I expect. I love the friendly staff and, when I've been there, the fast service. I usually go at night or mid-morning. I have a location around the corner from my house but choose to drive to this location. I highly recommend them.

I've only been here twice so far at 7:30 am. The staff working at that time are unusually cheery and greet you so enthusiastically. It made my morning. I've never been to a Starbucks where the employees were happy. It's a drive thru with a walk up windows surrounded by Palm trees. The woman at the window was awesome. Fast, efficient on point, funny and friendly with every customer. Starbucks give her a raise or promote her. People in customer service can learn from her. I tipped her and I hope you do to.

Almost every time I come to this Starbucks it always lets me down. I always come during the night right before I start work and man oh man do they almost always miss something! Sadly this is the closest Starbucks to me so sometimes when I want some fast cup of coffee without having to get out of my car this is the most convenient place. It's always annoying because I know that I'll regret not leaving a little earlier so I could've gone somewhere else. Here's the saddest part of it all, the night crew doesn't seem to be able to get orders rights while the morning crew, all they do is get orders right! Every time I come in the morning they always get my order right and with a smile, that will NEVER happen at night. If it does then that's strange. Don't get me wrong the night crew is friendly as well, my only complain is that they should pay a little more close attention to the orders that's all.

Drive thru/Outdoor/Walk up Location. This place is hit or miss. I would say that for this particular location about 7/10 times they make my drink incorrectly. Which is more of an inconvenience than anything. For example I normally order an iced tea, no water, and sweetened... 7/10 times they forget to put sweetener, I take it back they fix it no big deal, but when you're in a hurry(which is most of the time), it's frustrating. Then one other time the girl straight up told me they couldn't make the drink I wanted (a cold tea latte- so basically that latte over ice).. I was just really confused by that.. I guess the only other thing is that the lines are extremely ridiculous making it hard to join the drive through line, or trying to park to go to Starbucks. It's also really difficult to maneuver around the parking lot and trying to park to go to other stores like Ralphs and Rite Aides. I know that the building and location isn't really there fault but when the lines get that long it makes it really difficult to things!

To be completely honest, this starbucks is a joke. Every time i go here they always mess up my drink. I can order the simplest drink there and they still don't make it right. There's always too many workers working inside and they still don't know how to make a simple white mocha latte. i've ordered fraps from here too and they taste crappy. The workers always seem to be messing around too! I come to this starbucks because it is close to my work but i rather drive 10 mins away to another will and from now on i will. So i would recommend going to the one on reseda and vanowen.

Giving the location one star because I was a little grossed out today. The girl that took our order at the walk up kept sneezing and scratching her nose with her fingers. I am not a Germaphobe but I counted at least 12 times while I was waiting that she scratched her runny nose with her fingers. Not once did I see her wash her hands. If she had been making the drinks I would've refused it. But she was only working the cash register. Maybe foodhandler training is not required for coffee shops, If not it should be.

Still a good location. This place gets BUSY, so it may take a bit longer if they re five cars deep and 3 or 4 people in line in front of me. They do a good job during the busy morning rush, and again during the late afternoon rush. the condiment bar is perpetually clean and stocked full with all necessities, as is the space near their window, on the walk up side. I live nearby, and about a year ago, it wasn't the case. I go here WAY too much. They get our drinks correct 99 times out of 100, and I seldom see anyone else with a problem. The coffee is good. Never Get a crappy, or stale cup. I get carriers a couple times a week also, and they're always on point, meaning they don't need to be asked to provide sweetener and cream. Sounds easy? I constantly have other starbucks in other areas mess up the simple stuff. Several employees are friendly, professional and take the time to get to know the regulars. good group at "my starbucks"..

I am absolutely unsatisfied. I have never been so disrespected by a stranger. One of your employees thought it would cool to insult me before I drove away from the speaker at the drive-thru . If hes going to insult a customer. At least turn off the headset before doing it. Store number #9456 . I ordered a Chai tea latte iced. But I asked for no ice and he said he has to charge me two talls. I let him know that I did the same thing yesterday and the day before and I wasn't charged for it. He said he would do it for me this time . At this point his attitude changed. That's when I started to drive away and then I hear "Intresting bitch" Seriously? I kept my cool. I got my items which were the Chai tea with soy and two extra pumps of Chai. It was made wrong. No extra Chai. Regular milk. And my ham and swiss breakfast sandwich wasn't as warm. I paid 9 dollars for crap today. I will never go to this starbucks again. And I will have to drive an extra mile to find another starbucks where this starbucks is practically my neighbor.

Yes the employees are very nice but 3 out of 5x they mess up my order :( I come here often ESP since it's down the street from my bf's house but it is very inconvenient when they screw it up. Every time I go there they repeat back the order back correctly but somewhere along the way something goes wrong. I am sensitive to milk and have to drink non fat, there has been many times the label says non fat but the drink is clearly made with whole milk. I can't tell you how many times I have waited in the drive thru line to get the wrong order, park my car, wait in line again just to get it fixed. Isn't drive thru supposed to be more effective for someone on the go??

My least fave locatiin, but drive thrus are convenient if u have the time to wait it out. My last 3 drinks have tasted terrible. I think they forget some ingredients. I thought a caramel frap was pretty standard. The service here has seemed to really gone down hill in the past couple years. Disorganized, frazzled and unprofessional. I've been coming to this Starbucks ever since they opened, and the last 3-4 months there employees suck. A few exceptions. Morning staff rocks. Afternoon and weekends though. Get it together!!! Love, love, loveeeee this Starbucks. Walk-up service area or a drive thru are your only options at this location. Great place to bike ride to and sit outside on their outdoor patio during the weekend, which is clearly what I do. Did I mention the staff is beyond friendly? Since I've done my time at Starbucks, I tend to be semi judgemental about the service at each establishment. This location specifically gets an A! Always with a friendly smile and eager to help attitude. Couldn't be happier about my local Starbucks. I did wish they had an indoor seating area, but I can deal with this one not having one since it's super small. In a grocery shopping center so there is a large parking lot & sometimes the line for drive-thru gets long but that should be expected.

If you think that lightening doesn't strike twice, think again. Then think again, again. I don't know what it is with this place but they mess up the drinks time after time. I've talked to the manager and even emailed Starbucks corporate. They wrote back saying they were sorry, gave me a couple of free vouchers, yadda, yadda. Things improved for about a month and then it went downhill again. I avoid going there unless I just can't be bothered driving out of my way to go somewhere else. 8 out of 10 times they'll either screw up the order, be ridiculously slow, or make the drink badly. Something they do a lot is only fill the cup half way and the other half fill with foam. I kid you not. So, if you're a foam fan, this is the place for you. The staff is friendly, but I think poorly trained or the management doesn't care. Beastly advice: Check your order before you drive away from the window.

Starbucks - almost all of them are the same but I go to this one fairly often. The servers are friendly and you get what you need quick. In the hot days I get the Venti Java Chip (Mocha with Chocolate Chips on the inside) with Extra Caramel drizzle all over the cup. On cold days I'll get the Venti Cafe Latte. Both above average drinks in my opinion. Everyone has a different taste so it's up to you on what you feel like getting. The two choices I mentioned are my go-to-drinks everytime I hit up Starbucks. It's also a drive-thru so you don't need to even get out of your car... Good place to stop by if you want a quick caffeine boost! I was on the edge of giving this place a 4/5 on yelp (3.5/5 is my rating but they don't have a half rating) but I think a 3 is reasonable. Starbucks - 3.49/5 (had to give it less than 3.5 because my 3.5 = 4 on yelp.)

My favorite starbucks. They always get my order to taste just right. You know when you order a latte and it tastes burnt?? I've never experienced that at this location. There is usually a line for the drive-thru regardless of the time of day,, but the staff really moves it along quickly. I am usually in and out of there in 15 minutes, even with morning rush hour.

There is never a weekday morning that I don't go by, and there isn't a line for the drive-thru or walk-up window. The walk up window seems to be much quicker vs. the drive-thru, so I always park off to a side and walk up. This is one of the worst Starbucks around. Sadly it's the closest to my house and I would rather drive out of my way and go to another location than to came here! It's conveniently located and has a drive-thru which is a HUGE plus... but the way the drive-thru was designed causes a confusion in the entrance, you can come in from the right or left side, unfortunately people are not that cordial or friendly when it comes to getting coffee, usually a traffic jam, unless the majority of the people come in from one side and expect to wait at least 20 minutes! The people there are RUDE, INSULTING (at times) and CARELESS! They also can't make a cup of coffee or get your order right if their life depended on it. It may sound like I'm being a bit harsh but there's just nothing positive to say about this location, their drinks, the staff, and management. The times I have gone - mostly because I'm with my mom and she thinks it's silly that I drive to another location when we're shopping for groceries in the same shopping center - they always seem to mess up the simplest of drink orders and take forever to complete a transaction, maybe it's because they mess up the orders time and time again. My mom gets a tall extra caramel macchiato , my drink is a grande non-fat vanilla latte... pretty simple not too many add on, I've learned not to get anything complicated from a prior horrible experience. My mom has said in the past that her drinks there taste like milk with caramel and it lacks the coffee flavor. We've also received our drinks with our cups being 3/4th full, half way full and the rest of the way with foam etc. Don't order their pastries, they pre-package them so if anything has frosting, it's sticks to the plastic bag, it's very unappealing. They don't use the traditional paper baggies other locations use. My final straw with them was when my friend and I went there and ordered: 2 Venti's Old School Americanos with 3 pumps White Mocha, 2 pumps Sugar free Vanilla topped off with a splash of non-fat milk. They guy yelled at us over the intercom accusing us of basically wanting an Iced White Mocha Latte with add 1 add shot and add vanilla syrup and not wanting to pay the right price! And that he couldn't make the drink without properly charging us. It was embarrassing and insulting because that was not what we were trying to do... we simply wanted our coffees prepared how we like them, strong, the right sweetness and only 90 calories! Cooperate office was great in being apologetic for the "Not up to standards" experience, but there's only so much apologizing they can do for this location! I LOVE LOVE LOVE Starbucks and I go daily! But I HATE this location! Not the Starbucks experience you are suppose to get!

I've frequented this Starbucks location several times and I feel the need to write this review today. The lines are always ridiculously long and SLOW. It doesn't matter if you go through the drive-thru or park and stand at the counter. My fiance went here to pick me up a Grande Skinny Vanilla Latte with soy as a nice gesture since I'm terribly sick. He came back with a Tall and the sticker clearly says Grande. When he returned to correct the situation, he was given a grande WITHOUT the soy. For a company that prides itself on making personalized drinks, this location is THE WORST at customer service and quality. As much as Starbuck's charges for COFFEE....they should get your drink correct-if not the first time, then the second...I shouldn't have to go back for a third! As a law student, I LOVE LOVE LOVE my starbucks. But I HATE HATE HATE this particular location. Sorry guys.

Yes, Starbucks is Starbucks. However, I am basing my rating on the incredible customer service at this location. Not only are the baristas very friendly and thoughtful but go the extra mile. More than once the wait has been long. To compensate, they haven't charged me for my coffee and have apologized when i would have been perfectly fine paying and really, they are busy - no apology needed. Today a barista asked me what I did and didn't like and made me a full size tall custom coffee based on what she thought I'd like!

I am a very, but unseemingly, lazy girl who goes to sleep late, wakes up late, can't organize her time, and relies on this very Starbucks drive-thru location for a quick breakfast. This location makes me want to wake up earlier just so I can get my quick iced coffee with milk, artisan bacon breakfast sandwich or strawberry parfait, and get on my way to the 101/405 freeway before 7:30am (to make it to work by 8:30am). Most days I'm late. There was never a line in the mornings before. Now there is always a long line. Another way that I'm becoming less lazy is to park, physically walk up to the window, even though I'm cold and my face isn't completely put on yet, bring my reusable cold drink cup, and order. I find that it takes much less time to do this than to wait in my car in the long line. Most days I'll wait in line. Other days, like when I didn't have a real job, or weekends, there are usually plenty of seats available outside. Since it is all outdoor seating, just bring a warm coat, gloves, be prepared for windy conditions, and there will be a table waiting for you. This Starbucks has always been a dependable factor in my life and hopefully for a long time to come. Also, the baristas will always be friendly to you. I saw a sign that said "do NOT turn your back on the customers. they are ANGRY animals who want their coffee!" So that's why they'll always be nice.

My one gripe about this location has nothing to do with the staff or their product, but my fellow customers -- I too-often get stuck behind someone who doesn't know how to order at Starbucks or asks for something that takes forever... like a bag of beans they want ground up. I never thought I would fall prey to the ultimate, lazy Los Angelian - a drive-thru Starbucks, where you don't even need to get off your bum to get a cup of joe in the morning. I used to come here every morning on my morning commute. The staff here is always ultra friendly - which surprises me because, after being jammed into a tiny hut w/ 5 other baristas, I'd be hella cranky. The coffees here are made pretty well. One barista remade mine on the house because I forgot to mention non-fat milk. I must admit, it's tough to order pastries/food because you can't see the case full of pastries. And as the previous reviews mention, they often run out of stuff. But it's understandable because you can't really fit much stock into that tiny hut.

The staff was pretty nice and remade my caramel macchiato over twice. I wish I had gotten more caramel hence the 4 stars. Other than that it has a non drive thru window so you can get it to go.

Starbucks is a Starbucks. Doesn't matter what it looks...the coffee will still be sub-parred. The store is just around the corner from me and that's probably the main reason why I hardly go there. It's too close! Drive-thru Starbucks seems like a lazy man's idea but it sure draws up business. Just for yucks, I did go to the drive-thru and felt...well...rather lazy :(. Convenient but lazy. What would happen if I just walk up to the drive-thru window? Will they be too lazy to make my drink?? Downsides of drive-thrus: asking baristas for sugar, milk, etc., and not having them readily available at your disposal. And having car fumes in your coffee.

I live 2 minutes away from Starbucks and its definately convinient. However, their customer service is awful, awful. I have to say, everytime I go there I am sure to expect not so great customer service. My bad experience with this store has gone anything from them overcharging me, to not making the drink according to the way it was requested. So today took its toll with their poor service. So the person named Daniel made my drink and she did not fill it to the top, left about half an inch. less than a full cup. In other words I paid FULL price for a Venti which is 24 oz., well she served me a 20oz. After I asked her to fill it up, she said "that they dont because that space is left when put whip cream"...First of all i did not ask for whip cream to begin with and she put a fla lid, so that statement is incorrect. I would understand if she had put a dome lid. Secondly, she did not want to fill it, after my request which of course was rude...I gave up talking to her. Fortunately, Jason who initially took my order did a superb job in demonstrating customer service. After dealing with Daniel's rude service, I had requested to speak to Jason as he had taken my order and asked him if he could please remake or add to my drink. So this is where his customer service went above and beyond, I did not know this at first, but he had just clocked for lunch and took it upon himself to remake the drink (Green Tea Frappico) and personally delivered it to my window and apologized in regards to Daniel's lack of customer service and rudeness. Although I marked this a "1" for Daniel's lack of customer service, I do personally give Jason a "5" star. This is exemplery. Thank you Jason!!!

The staff here is great. As I'm sure everyone knows, the only difference between one Starbucks and another is the location and the staff. I just love this location because the staff is so friendly and dedicated to their customers. This is a drive-through/walk-up location. They have tables outside so if the weather is nice you can hang out and take advantage of the free WiFi.

I come here only for the Veggie Artisan Sandwich (which are usually sold out by 10am) and sometimes tea. I rarely drink the coffee because it's too acidic for me. However, the customer service is very good and you usually don't have to wait in line too long. Warning: Be careful when going to making your order. The person who was contracted to create this drive thru did a lousy job and I know at least three people that messed up their front bumper by trying to get close to the order box. By all the scrap marks on the yellow paint you can tell many have ruined their bumpers getting coffee (very sad and for those who have messed up their cars and I'm sure very aggravating). They should put a flat tumblers mat where the scratches are so when people get close they can at least have a chance to not scratch up their bumpers. Note: You don't need to get that close to the order speaker--they can hear you fine a foot or so away from the box.

I love going to this Starbucks because it's literally down the street from my house. I try going when there are not a lot of cars since it's drive thru. Also, there's a a window where you order if you walk or get out of your car. Only employees are inside. They're extremely nice and they were pretty quick as well but again that depends on the time you go. I really wouldn't suggest to stay out there for just the free wifi during the summer because it gets really hot unless you can handle the heat. I was there for less than 5 minutes and I was burning up. Either way I do recommend on going to this Starbucks when you have a craving for it.

I live right around the corner from the Saticoy location. For the last 8 years I have made several runs through their drive-thru (weekly) and have also held several meetings in their outdoor patio area. I've never been served the wrong drink (and I'm vegan, so I ask for specifics on every order), and I am treated exceptionally well every time I'm there. The staff tends to stay on long term (though I've been frequenting this location long enough to see several staff changes over time) and they quickly get to know me and treat me like a "regular". The line can sometimes circle out into the parking lot (hot summer days during rush hour) and rather than not caring, they always jump to speed up service and get us all in and out quickly, without the quality suffering. Always a smile at the window, always quick to find out information about nutrition values or ingredients, if you ask, and without coping an attitude. Simple a pleasant experience ever time I visit. The employees all appear to be very happy and to enjoy working with each other.

This location is my usual Starbucks as its on my way to work and has a drive through. Although the staff are very friendly, they are also one of the slowest Starbucks I have been to. The line of cars wraps around the parking lot sometimes cutting off driveways. There is also an ordering window but it's usually equally as crowded.

I have been to various Starbucks locations, and this by far is my favorite. I am the type that likes my drinks made a specific way, ex. extra caramel in my caramel frappaccino, and they always make it as I expect. I've only been here twice so far at 7:30 am. The staff working at that time are unusually cheery and greet you so enthusiastically. It made my morning. I've never been to a Starbucks where the employees were happy. It's a drive thru with a walk up windows surrounded by Palm trees. The woman at the window was awesome. Fast, efficient on point, funny and friendly with every customer. Starbucks give her a raise or promote her. People in customer service can learn from her. I tipped her and I hope you do to.

Almost every time I come to this Starbucks it always lets me down. I always come during the night right before I start work and man oh man do they almost always miss something! Sadly this is the closest Starbucks to me so sometimes when I want some fast cup of coffee without having to get out of my car this is the most convenient place. It's always annoying because I know that I'll regret not leaving a little earlier so I could've gone somewhere else. Here's the saddest part of it all, the night crew doesn't seem to be able to get orders rights while the morning crew, all they do is get orders right! Every time I come in the morning they always get my order right and with a smile, that will NEVER happen at night. If it does then that's strange. Don't get me wrong the night crew is friendly as well, my only complain is that they should pay a little more close attention to the orders that's all.

Drive thru/Outdoor/Walk up Location. This place is hit or miss. I would say that for this particular location about 7/10 times they make my drink incorrectly. Which is more of an inconvenience than anything. For example I normally order an iced tea, no water, and sweetened... 7/10 times they forget to put sweetener, I take it back they fix it no big deal, but when you're in a hurry(which is most of the time), it's frustrating. Then one other time the girl straight up told me they couldn't make the drink I wanted (a cold tea latte- so basically that latte over ice).. I was just really confused by that.. I guess the only other thing is that the lines are extremely ridiculous making it hard to join the drive through line, or trying to park to go to Starbucks. It's also really difficult to maneuver around the parking lot and trying to park to go to other stores like Ralphs and Rite Aides. I know that the building and location isn't really there fault but when the lines get that long it makes it really difficult to things!

To be completely honest, this starbucks is a joke. Every time i go here they always mess up my drink. I can order the simplest drink there and they still don't make it right. There's always too many workers working inside and they still don't know how to make a simple white mocha latte. i've ordered fraps from here too and they taste crappy. The workers always seem to be messing around too! I come to this starbucks because it is close to my work but i rather drive 10 mins away to another will and from now on i will. Giving the location one star because I was a little grossed out today. The girl that took our order at the walk up kept sneezing and scratching her nose with her fingers. I am not a Germaphobe but I counted at least 12 times while I was waiting that she scratched her runny nose with her fingers. Not once did I see her wash her hands. If she had been making the drinks I would've refused it. But she was only working the cash register. Maybe foodhandler training is not required for coffee shops, If not it should be.

Still a good location. This place gets BUSY, so it may take a bit longer if they re five cars deep and 3 or 4 people in line in front of me. They do a good job during the busy morning rush, and again during the late afternoon rush. the condiment bar is perpetually clean and stocked full with all necessities, as is the space near their window, on the walk up side. I live nearby, and about a year ago, it wasn't the case. I go here WAY too much. They get our drinks correct 99 times out of 100, and I seldom see anyone else with a problem. The coffee is good. Never Get a crappy, or stale cup. I get carriers a couple times a week also, and they're always on point, meaning they don't need to be asked to provide sweetener and cream. Sounds easy? I constantly have other starbucks in other areas mess up the simple stuff. Several employees are friendly, professional and take the time to get to know the regulars. good group at "my starbucks"..

I am absolutely unsatisfied. I have never been so disrespected by a stranger. One of your employees thought it would cool to insult me before I drove away from the speaker at the drive-thru . If hes going to insult a customer. At least turn off the headset before doing it. Store number #9456 . I ordered a Chai tea latte iced. But I asked for no ice and he said he has to charge me two talls. I let him know that I did the same thing yesterday and the day before and I wasn't charged for it. Yes the employees are very nice but 3 out of 5x they mess up my order :( I come here often ESP since it's down the street from my bf's house but it is very inconvenient when they screw it up. Every time I go there they repeat back the order back correctly but somewhere along the way something goes wrong. I am sensitive to milk and have to drink non fat, there has been many times the label says non fat but the drink is clearly made with whole milk. I can't tell you how many times I have waited in the drive thru line to get the wrong order, park my car, wait in line again just to get it fixed. Isn't drive thru supposed to be more effective for someone on the go??

Love, love, loveeeee this Starbucks. Walk-up service area or a drive thru are your only options at this location. Great place to bike ride to and sit outside on their outdoor patio during the weekend, which is clearly what I do. Did I mention the staff is beyond friendly? Since I've done my time at Starbucks, I tend to be semi judgemental about the service at each establishment. This location specifically gets an A! Always with a friendly smile and eager to help attitude. Couldn't be happier about my local Starbucks. I did wish they had an indoor seating area, but I can deal with this one not having one since it's super small. In a grocery shopping center so there is a large parking lot & sometimes the line for drive-thru gets long but that should be expected.

If you think that lightening doesn't strike twice, think again. Then think again, again. I don't know what it is with this place but they mess up the drinks time after time. I've talked to the manager and even emailed Starbucks corporate. They wrote back saying they were sorry, gave me a couple of free vouchers, yadda, yadda. Things improved for about a month and then it went downhill again. I avoid going there unless I just can't be bothered driving out of my way to go somewhere else. 8 out of 10 times they'll either screw up the order, be ridiculously slow, or make the drink badly. Something they do a lot is only fill the cup half way and the other half fill with foam. I kid you not. So, if you're a foam fan, this is the place for you. The staff is friendly, but I think poorly trained or the management doesn't care. Beastly advice: Check your order before you drive away from the window.

Starbucks - almost all of them are the same but I go to this one fairly often. The servers are friendly and you get what you need quick. In the hot days I get the Venti Java Chip (Mocha with Chocolate Chips on the inside) with Extra Caramel drizzle all over the cup. On cold days I'll get the Venti Cafe Latte. Both above average drinks in my opinion. Everyone has a different taste so it's up to you on what you feel like getting. The two choices I mentioned are my go-to-drinks everytime I hit up Starbucks. It's also a drive-thru so you don't need to even get out of your car... Good place to stop by if you want a quick caffeine boost! I was on the edge of giving this place a 4/5 on yelp (3.5/5 is my rating but they don't have a half rating) but I think a 3 is reasonable. Starbucks - 3.49/5 (had to give it less than 3.5 because my 3.5 = 4 on yelp.)

My favorite starbucks. They always get my order to taste just right. You know when you order a latte and it tastes burnt?? I've never experienced that at this location. There is usually a line for the drive-thru regardless of the time of day,, but the staff really moves it along quickly. I am usually in and out of there in 15 minutes, even with morning rush hour.

There is never a weekday morning that I don't go by, and there isn't a line for the drive-thru or walk-up window. The walk up window seems to be much quicker vs. the drive-thru, so I always park off to a side and walk up. This is one of the worst Starbucks around. Sadly it's the closest to my house and I would rather drive out of my way and go to another location than to came here! It's conveniently located and has a drive-thru which is a HUGE plus... but the way the drive-thru was designed causes a confusion in the entrance, you can come in from the right or left side, unfortunately people are not that cordial or friendly when it comes to getting coffee, usually a traffic jam, unless the majority of the people come in from one side and expect to wait at least 20 minutes! The people there are RUDE, INSULTING (at times) and CARELESS! They also can't make a cup of coffee or get your order right if their life depended on it. It may sound like I'm being a bit harsh but there's just nothing positive to say about this location, their drinks, the staff, and management. The times I have gone - mostly because I'm with my mom and she thinks it's silly that I drive to another location when we're shopping for groceries in the same shopping center - they always seem to mess up the simplest of drink orders and take forever to complete a transaction, maybe it's because they mess up the orders time and time again. My mom gets a tall extra caramel macchiato , my drink is a grande non-fat vanilla latte... pretty simple not too many add on, I've learned not to get anything complicated from a prior horrible experience. My mom has said in the past that her drinks there taste like milk with caramel and it lacks the coffee flavor. We've also received our drinks with our cups being 3/4th full, half way full and the rest of the way with foam etc. Don't order their pastries, they pre-package them so if anything has frosting, it's sticks to the plastic bag, it's very unappealing. They don't use the traditional paper baggies other locations use. My final straw with them was when my friend and I went there and ordered: 2 Venti's Old School Americanos with 3 pumps White Mocha, 2 pumps Sugar free Vanilla topped off with a splash of non-fat milk. They guy yelled at us over the intercom accusing us of basically wanting an Iced White Mocha Latte with add 1 add shot and add vanilla syrup and not wanting to pay the right price! And that he couldn't make the drink without properly charging us. It was embarrassing and insulting because that was not what we were trying to do... we simply wanted our coffees prepared how we like them, strong, the right sweetness and only 90 calories! Cooperate office was great in being apologetic for the "Not up to standards" experience, but there's only so much apologizing they can do for this location! I LOVE LOVE LOVE Starbucks and I go daily! But I HATE this location! Not the Starbucks experience you are suppose to get!

I've frequented this Starbucks location several times and I feel the need to write this review today. The lines are always ridiculously long and SLOW. It doesn't matter if you go through the drive-thru or park and stand at the counter. My fiance went here to pick me up a Grande Skinny Vanilla Latte with soy as a nice gesture since I'm terribly sick. He came back with a Tall and the sticker clearly says Grande. When he returned to correct the situation, he was given a grande WITHOUT the soy. For a company that prides itself on making personalized drinks, this location is THE WORST at customer service and quality. As much as Starbuck's charges for COFFEE....they should get your drink correct-if not the first time, then the second...I shouldn't have to go back for a third! As a law student, I LOVE LOVE LOVE my starbucks. But I HATE HATE HATE this particular location. Sorry guys.

Yes, Starbucks is Starbucks. However, I am basing my rating on the incredible customer service at this location. Not only are the baristas very friendly and thoughtful but go the extra mile. More than once the wait has been long. To compensate, they haven't charged me for my coffee and have apologized when i would have been perfectly fine paying and really, they are busy - no apology needed. Today a barista asked me what I did and didn't like and made me a full size tall custom coffee based on what she thought I'd like!

I love the staff there! They are so friendly and quick with my orders. At this particular Starbucks you cannot go inside. You order from the window or drive thru. I prefer to order from the window but the drive thru is nice for the rainy days! They also have a lot of outdoor seating with umbrellas. The food selection is very limited because it's a smaller location. They do not sell breakfast or merchandise. Thanks & ENJOY!

Staff here is AWESOME! DRIVE THRU, even when they are like the 405fwy southbound to the westside at 8am, they have smilin faces. Walk up service is different than other locations, but it is very accomodating, you can sit outside and read a book or hop on the wifi!

I am a very, but unseemingly, lazy girl who goes to sleep late, wakes up late, can't organize her time, and relies on this very Starbucks drive-thru location for a quick breakfast. This location makes me want to wake up earlier just so I can get my quick iced coffee with milk, artisan bacon breakfast sandwich or strawberry parfait, and get on my way to the 101/405 freeway before 7:30am (to make it to work by 8:30am). Most days I'm late. There was never a line in the mornings before. Now there is always a long line. Another way that I'm becoming less lazy is to park, physically walk up to the window, even though I'm cold and my face isn't completely put on yet, bring my reusable cold drink cup, and order. I find that it takes much less time to do this than to wait in my car in the long line. Most days I'll wait in line. Other days, like when I didn't have a real job, or weekends, there are usually plenty of seats available outside. Since it is all outdoor seating, just bring a warm coat, gloves, be prepared for windy conditions, and there will be a table waiting for you. This Starbucks has always been a dependable factor in my life and hopefully for a long time to come. Also, the baristas will always be friendly to you. I saw a sign that said "do NOT turn your back on the customers. they are ANGRY animals who want their coffee!" So that's why they'll always be nice.

The staff here is super-friendly and efficient. Love them all! I drive-thru almost every weekend on my way to run errands to get my regular -- a venti chai tea latte. My one gripe about this location has nothing to do with the staff or their product, but my fellow customers -- I too-often get stuck behind someone who doesn't know how to order at Starbucks or asks for something that takes forever... like a bag of beans they want ground up. People! Go to a store for that. Don't hold up the drive-thru! OK. I'm done ranting now.

I never thought I would fall prey to the ultimate, lazy Los Angelian - a drive-thru Starbucks, where you don't even need to get off your bum to get a cup of joe in the morning. I used to come here every morning on my morning commute. The staff here is always ultra friendly - which surprises me because, after being jammed into a tiny hut w/ 5 other baristas, I'd be hella cranky. The coffees here are made pretty well. One barista remade mine on the house because I forgot to mention non-fat milk. I must admit, it's tough to order pastries/food because you can't see the case full of pastries. And as the previous reviews mention, they often run out of stuff. But it's understandable because you can't really fit much stock into that tiny hut.

Fine service, wonderful coffee as is to be expected. But guys, you really have to do something about your incredibly inconsiderate customers who insist on parking in the driveway and blocking traffic both in and out as well as from your drive-through, because they're too lazy to walk 10 or 15 feet further to an actual parking place. You really can fix this, and it would be to your advantage.

The staff was pretty nice and remade my caramel macchiato over twice. I wish I had gotten more caramel hence the 4 stars. Other than that it has a non drive thru window so you can get it to go.

my husband gets our coffee from here every morning... the entire staff knows him and is uber friendly... its the exact taste as you would expect from any other starbucks... on the plus, its drive thru.... on the minus, there is always a huge line...

sorry guys, love the coffeee but this place has the worst service of any starbucks in the valley.. the drive-thru is a joke, the walk up window is not much better.. there is no greater sin for a coffee house than to be out of coffee.. when this is 95% of your product ya damn well oughta have it hot and ready.. train'm up or clear them out..

Starbucks is a Starbucks. Doesn't matter what it looks...the coffee will still be sub-parred. The store is just around the corner from me and that's probably the main reason why I hardly go there. It's too close! Drive-thru Starbucks seems like a lazy man's idea but it sure draws up business. Just for yucks, I did go to the drive-thru and felt...well...rather lazy :(. Convenient but lazy. What would happen if I just walk up to the drive-thru window? Will they be too lazy to make my drink?? Downsides of drive-thrus: asking baristas for sugar, milk, etc., and not having them readily available at your disposal. And having car fumes in your coffee.

This is so convienient, going/coming to work. Plus, the neighborhood needed something other than a grocery store. lol! Makes real life easier, especially w/kids.

I live 2 minutes away from Starbucks and its definately convinient. However, their customer service is awful, awful. I have to say, everytime I go there I am sure to expect not so great customer service. My bad experience with this store has gone anything from them overcharging me, to not making the drink according to the way it was requested. So today took its toll with their poor service. So the person named Daniel made my drink and she did not fill it to the top, left about half an inch. less than a full cup. In other words I paid FULL price for a Venti which is 24 oz., well she served me a 20oz. After I asked her to fill it up, she said "that they dont because that space is left when put whip cream"...First of all i did not ask for whip cream to begin with and she put a fla lid, so that statement is incorrect. I would understand if she had put a dome lid. Secondly, she did not want to fill it, after my request which of course was rude...I gave up talking to her. Fortunately, Jason who initially took my order did a superb job in demonstrating customer service. After dealing with Daniel's rude service, I had requested to speak to Jason as he had taken my order and asked him if he could please remake or add to my drink. So this is where his customer service went above and beyond, I did not know this at first, but he had just clocked for lunch and took it upon himself to remake the drink (Green Tea Frappico) and personally delivered it to my window and apologized in regards to Daniel's lack of customer service and rudeness. Although I marked this a "1" for Daniel's lack of customer service, I do personally give Jason a "5" star. This is exemplery. Thank you Jason!!!

I love this place! I cannot lie! I am addicted. I get random cravings for starbucks all the time. I love their caramel Macchiatos! So good! Plus if you dont love starbucks then I dont know what you are doing with your life. but here are some tips.... get it at a Starbucks but not at those target, ralphs, vons in store starbucks because they just dont make it the same.... maybe its just me.

The staff here is great. As I'm sure everyone knows, the only difference between one Starbucks and another is the location and the staff. I just love this location because the staff is so friendly and dedicated to their customers. This is a drive-through/walk-up location. They have tables outside so if the weather is nice you can hang out and take advantage of the free WiFi.
